IS it a scam E-mail?

This morning, I got an E-mail from Lars Weidenhielm. The E-mail's content is like the following:

Dear Winner,
This is to notify you that your email address has 1,000,000.00 Pounds
in the PowerBall Lottery.It is a random computerized selection Raffle
no: PBLCN6654-CP , Coupon Number. PBL2348974321. Winning Number: 05,
06, 17, 20, 28, 42 (Bonus 33) (Serial number 5368/02 )
To file claims, Details Required for Verification:

1. Full Name:...../2. Address:...../ 3. Age:...../ 4. Sex:...../5.
Occupation:...../ 6. Telephone:...../ 7.Country:...../8.I.D. Card:.....
